Event Day Information
Below is some "at a glance" information to help your event day run smoothly. Full details available in the Event Day Information Booklet which will be available to view closer to the event date.
Gates will open at 7am, Sunday 17 July. Wave
times begin from 8am event day. New waves will commence every 15 minutes
thereafter until 11:30am. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your wave time
to allow time for race bib collection, baggage check in etc. However, you do not need to be at the marshalling area until 15 minutes prior to your wave starting.
Where do I go on arrival?
Please head to the Members Pavilion upon arrival. (Gate A).
If you would like to warm up your body before the stomp ahead, a warm up area with some stationary bikes will be located inside Gate 1. There will also be trainers on hand to run you through a quick warm up before you stomp.
Wave time assembly/ Marshalling area
Please enter the marshalling area no earlier than 15 minutes before your wave time
commences. Your bib number will indicate
to us which wave time you should be in and our MC will be on load speaker to call up each wave time to the marshalling area as required. Listen out for these.
day bib and merchandise collection (optional but recommended)
Pre-event bib and merchandise (if you ordered this) will be available from the venue (precise details to come) at the below dates and times:

Collecting a bib for a friend?
Collecting for a friend is only possible with a copy of their registration or written permission (text message OK so long as we can verify the message origin). Photo ID will be required to collect your kits if you don't have a copy of your registration confirmation email with you.You may also collect on event day from the registration area but be sure to allow extra time for this.
If you ordered an Official Stadium Stomp merchandise, this will also be available for collection by the above means. Merchandise is not being posted.
will be a bag compound available if needed within the concourse. Look out
for signage on the day and be sure to collect your race bib first as you'll
need the tag from your bib to place on your bag.
and car parking
Your best bet is to catch public transport. Your nearest train station is Central. Car parking is available at the Entertainment Quarter (southern end Driver Ave) as well as metered parking along Driver Ave.
get to complete a full lap of the ground by walking, running, or crawling
around the boundary before exiting the course and be presented with your well earned Finishers Medallion. Please stomp with care.
Post event extras
Massage will be available for participants post climb in the Massage Room (look out for the signs). A number of massage tables will be available on a first in best dressed
Pending available stock, tees may be available for purchase
at the event day expo.
family and friends are welcome to wander through the event day Expo located external to the stadium (but in the grounds) near the Members Pavillion.
event photographs will be taken by Super Sport Images on the course and at the
finish line. These will be available for purchase post event via their
website (www.supersportimages.com). Allow a couple of days of these to become available.
Food will be available from the Kiosk located within the grounds near the Members Pavilion.
