We love that you’ve taken an interest in Stadium Stomp and stair climbing more broadly, which is why we’re offering you the chance to start climbing today with our free 28 day program.
Our goal is to have you feeling “stair fit” and great, so you’ll want to take it further which hopefully leads you right back to us, Stadium Stomp and the ultimate stair climbing challenge! Now 10 years strong and refreshingly different from other fitness events.
We’ve designed this program for beginners with a base level of fitness. If you’re starting from the couch, please consult your health care professional.
Conversely, if you’re further along your fitness journey you can pick up the program from week 2 or 3. You might also like to try increasing the duration and/or pace of your workout to make it more challenging.
Stair climbing is considered a vigorous exercise. Please climb with care and listen to your body.
