Stadium Stomp MCG date change – Sunday 24 October
To our wonderful MCG Stompers,
Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, the MCG is now unavailable on our previously announced date of Sunday 17 October. The event will now take place just one week later, on Sunday 24 October.
For many of you this will be good news, but for some we understand that unfortunately, it means you can no longer attend.
Along with all the disruptions and uncertainty everyone has encountered over the past 18 months we fully appreciate that this latest date change is not ideal, and in conjunction with the MCG we apologise for this unexpected inconvenience.
All registrations for Sunday 17 October will be automatically moved to the new date by Friday 9 July so there’s no need for you to do anything. Participants will receive a new confirmation email with updated event details in the coming days.
If you cannot make the new date, we are offering refunds of your ticket price less $10.
If you previously sought a refund but can now attend Stadium Stomp MCG on Sunday 24 October and would like to “reinstate” your registration, please email us at contact@stadiumstomp.com.
How to claim a refund:
A centralised form (link below) has been set up for you to complete. Please use this form as it is the only source we will refer to for refunds, to reduce the admin load and prevent refund requests being missed due to spam filters etc.
We ask that you fill in your details on the Refund Form by SUNDAY 15 AUGUST 2021. Refunds will be processed en masse after the refund collector closes on 15 August.
